Where is STRIVE located and where can I buy items?

Our office is located in Kailua, Hawaii. We currently do not have a retail store, nor are we sold in any stores. You can purchase items exclusively from our Online Store, or from a local Representative.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 2 business days for In-Stock orders to be processed and shipped.

What shipping method do you use?

All standard orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air, please contact us for a quote.

How do I get Free Shipping?

All orders totaling $30 or more will receive Free Shipping!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What is your return policy?

At STRIVE, we stand by our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or would like to exchange an item, we do have a 30-day return policy on all goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, please notify us; we will give you instructions on how to return the item. Return the item to us unused within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (minus all shipping charges). Exchanged items may be subject to additional shipping charges.
